Good morning Title 1 Family!
I hope everyone is doing well and having a nice summer. I know most of you are in the process of formalizing your budgets for 2023 and I have some updated information for you. I am pleased to announce that for the fourth consecutive year we are not implementing any increase in your Title 1 software maintenance or Title 1 system support.
Regarding credit card processing, we are still working on the software integration piece with Value Payment Systems and recently submitted a list of questions for their review. They will be scheduling a conference call with us with their response and we are hoping to clarify when they will be ready to install this service. I apologize for the delays in getting this installed, but we are continuing to push for a final solution for this.
Our Title 1 User Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, November 16, 2022 at the Hawthorns Country Club in Fishers, Indiana. The address is: 12255 Club Point Drive, Fishers, IN 46037.
Please save the date for this event. We typically start this meeting around 10:00 am in order to allow for travel time. We will provide lunch and the meeting is usually finished by 2:00 pm. Among the topics we will be discussing are the latest Title 1 software enhancements that we are developing. This is a fun meeting and it's great for everyone to get back together after the Covid pandemic to share ideas.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thank you all for your friendship and support of CSI. We love working with you!

July 23, 2019 Vigo County, Indiana. In a news release, Commissioner Brendan Kearns, the county's computer system was attacked by a malware (virus) program that has adversely affected daily operations. That attack has resulted in some information stored on internal servers being locked down and not accessible for several days and weeks. Thankfully for the Recorder's office they had CSI's T1Protect. CSI was able to restore the Recorder's systems within 24 hours of notification. Most of us think it will never happen to our county. Please take this important warning seriously. Fortunately, we had Disaster Recovery Protection with CSI. — Stacee Todd, Vigo County (IN) Recorder
The integrity of the county records is paramount. Recorders across the country can't refuse to put a record into the official and public land records just because they suspect that a document may be fraudulent. CSI has created an automatic, or opt-in, alert system that allow homeowners and others to be notified in the event that a document is recorded that is relevant to them or their property.
